The Maintenance ship arrived today! Mack and Daniel were wonderful as always, but nothing anyone said really prepared me for Gregory. I was too hopeful. He was not frim, though — much more frab.

At least the apple tarts turned out well. Everyone enjoyed them which made me very happy. I’d hate to think what would have happened if they didn’t turn out well, especially after Daniel gave me special permission to make them.

It’s been so long since I’ve really played Scattegories, and playing it over VRC doesn’t count. I won two rounds and almost won three, if they hadn’t disqualified “reading room”! It’s a room that doesn’t exist now, but no-one said that you had to use only rooms that existed.

The school cube shipped and that means that summer vacation is really over. It’s time to reactivate my mental muscles, I suppose.
